L’amante degli animali Judy Obregon ha il cuore d’oro. Prende spesso una deviazione che passa attorno al lago Echo a Fort Worth in Texas. Il motivo è commovente.
Il lago Echo è un luogo in cui spesso i padroni di animali domestici li gettano via quando sono stanchi di loro.
Nella zona, Judy ha trovato molteplici cani soli e impauriti, a volte invece è arrivata troppo tardi e li ha trovati già morti.
Quest’anno a fine marzo ha trovato qualcosa che ha commosso tutti. Guarda qui sotto il drammatico salvataggio.
Judy pensava di aver visto qualcosa muoversi nel fosso perciò ha fermato la macchina. Poi è scesa e ha sentito un cane piangere tra i cespugli.
Quando la cagnolina l’ha vista non riusciva a trattenere la felicità. Ha trotterellato verso di lei e le ha poggiato la testa sulla mano.

Judy ha notato che la cagnolina aveva una corda attorno al collo e che era stata legata a un albero, ma in qualche modo era riuscita a liberarsi.
Dietro di lei ha trovato due buste con dei cani morti dentro.
Qualcuno l’aveva lasciata lì a morire vicino ai cadaveri degli altri cani. Mi fa venire il voltastomaco!
Judy voleva portare via la cagnolina il prima possibile, perciò l’ha messa in macchina. La piccola non riusciva a contenere la felicità e durante il viaggio in macchina non smetteva più di baciare la sua salvatrice sulla guancia.

What was tied around her neck was also found on the fence she was near .We believe she chewed it off and managed to break away . Dal veterinario Judy ha scoperto che la cagnolina era in piena salute.
L’ha chiamata Callie.
Ora la sua vita è piena d’amore e di gioia e non deve più preoccuparsi di essere di nuovo abbandonata. Ha molti giocattoli, una famiglia che si occupa di lei e tanti amici cani con cui giocare.
